The final chapter of Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen’s biography is about Lagos. The writer dedicated several poems to the town and its beautiful beaches. For the last illustration in the book I reimagined Lagos, adding the Danish boat and Christmas tree, from her most famous stories, to the southern landscape.
